From the moment you drop off your car, you realize you're dealing with genuine professionals who prioritize quality work and transparency. They are super communicative with everything they find, explaining the issues clearly and professionally before proceeding, which builds immediate and lasting trust. Found my Audi mechanic (and dealer replacement). Kenny and his team run a great and honest shop. If youve been looking for somewhere to take your Audi for routine maintenance or repair - especially if youve been going to the dealer - this is it. Case in point: I had a broken rear camera and in SF this is super useful. Dealer cost me $300 just to diagnose the problem (some broken wires) then wanted $3k to fix. Solid experience in addressing oil leak. Team was insightful and pragmatic regarding diagnosing the issues without jumping immediately to major and costly repairs. Technician was very experienced and knowledgeable regarding Audi repairs which led to timely and cost effective service. Have other cars that I will take to them in future versus dealing with dealerships
