If you own an Audi in San Francisco, stop searching - VAS Motor Works is the only place you need to go. I can't recommend Kenny and his team highly enough. From the moment you drop off your car, you realize you're dealing with genuine professionals who prioritize quality work and transparency. They are super communicative with everything they find, explaining the issues clearly and professionally before proceeding, which builds immediate and lasting trust. As long as I'm in SF this will be my go-to garage.
If you have a European car, especially an older one (like me) you’d be hard pressed to find a better shop than VAS. They’re all euro car lovers so you just know they’re gonna do right by the car (and you). Supremely honest, fair, timely, friendly and go above and beyond and never try and get you to do unnecessary work. Can’t say enough good things. You won’t be disappointed.
Friendly and professional. I like how they take the time to discuss the details of your car's problem and your options. Plus, their prices are more reasonable. Feels like they treat you how they would want to be treated. So far, so good with my coolant leak repairs.
Found my Audi mechanic (and dealer replacement). Kenny and his team run a great and honest shop. If youve been looking for somewhere to take your Audi for routine maintenance or repair - especially if youve been going to the dealer - this is it. Case in point: I had a broken rear camera and in SF this is super useful. Dealer cost me $300 just to diagnose the problem (some broken wires) then wanted $3k to fix.
