My battery died on my 2018 Audi. Found VAS on Google and read the great reviews. Called Kenny and he said that he had the battery that my car needed in stock and was able to install it within 45 mins! As this was my first time into VAS, he also offered some great advice for my car and other things to consider for the future. I highly recommend Kenny and VAS if you have a VW or an AUDI. Reasonably priced and wonderful customer service! And a great cafe on the corner to visit while waiting!
This was the first time Kenny and his team serviced my TDI Touareg. His estimate was reasonable, and he had great communication throughout the repair process. He took time to explain options, diagnosis, and work performed including sharing pictures and parts replaced. Friendly and fair, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return for future service.

10/5 stars. Kenny and his team consistently deliver high-quality work at honest prices, but what truly sets them apart is their service. When my car broke down and was deemed undrivable, they were kind enough to let me keep it at the shop overnight, and the next day they dropped everything to help load it onto the tow truck. I give VAS my highest recommendation.
As always Kenny and crew provided great service on our old B7 S4. New axles, plugs and oil change done when promised with no surprises.
