Referral here for a scan. Requested new patient paperwork via email (extensive) and completed prior to appointment. This is a must! In order to complete all these forms legibly it will take an average of 30+ minutes. Include a copy of your living will and medical POA. The doctors office was really good. I called him. Let him know I was running late. Great People and the Place is very clean . The nurse that did my ultrasound was very thorough and patient . The PA was very good at explaining the result. I really recommend The Vascular Institute.
Staff was extremely efficient and professional during some personal moments and outstanding efficient with the procedure. Made me relaxed and sure of personal concerns and space.
