Referral here for a scan. Requested new patient paperwork via email (extensive) and completed prior to appointment. This is a must! In order to complete all these forms legibly it will take an average of 30+ minutes. Include a copy of your living will and medical POA. Best to do this at home and you will only need to provide your insurance card(s), drivers license, and stack of completed paperwork when you arrive. Great People and the Place is very clean . The nurse that did my ultrasound was very thorough and patient . The PA was very good at explaining the result. I really recommend The Vascular Institute.
Always professional and Always accommodating me. Everyone is courteous and professional and answered questions I had. I called one time and left a message to let Sarah Carlton a message that I have no problems with my left leg no swelling or throwing. The varicose veins are gone. I highly recommend VIV! 💜
Every time I have been to the office for my pre-op, my initial visit my postop visit there has not been one staff member that has not been amazing and kind and made you feel very welcomed. The doctors there are very knowledgeable and they make you feel like you are the number one priority of the day, I am a nurse and to see how the doctors interacted with myself and others is amazing and I trusted them through my surgery and my aftercare
