Kyler is very professional and extremely thorough in the Inspection process. We were extremely happy and satisfied with his work and his findings during the inspection of our home. Strong recommend his service to others who are looking for home inspection at a reasonable cost..
Kyler was very informative during the walk through after the inspection. He clearly has a lot of knowledge and did a great job answering questions. I was on a time crunch with getting the home inspection done as a buyer so we could stay on track with the closing date. He was very accommodating. I will personally recommend Vaultix to friends in the future.
Easy to work with. Delivered report quickly. Had great finds in the pre-drywall inspection. Will be using again!
Kyler was able to quickly turnaround a last minute test required for our mortgage. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process, and I would highly recommend him. Great job!
Kyler was friendly and professional during our mold inspection of an outdoor closet and adjacent living space. Moisture readings were dry, air samples were taken properly, and the lab results matched his on-site opinion (Not Elevated, well below outdoor levels). Straight talk, no upsell, report arrived on time. Would use again.
