Very friendly service and very little time in the waiting room. The dry eye sessions were a lot less painful than I anticipated. She was very good at describing what she was going to do and kept checking to see if I was okay. I have noticed a significant difference in my vision, and recommend the treatments to others.
Vector treats patients like cattle, they stack appointments so there are multiple waiting rooms full of people waiting for hours (someone else called it assembly line). I wish I could post pictures here of the "waiting" areas. They require you to attend multiple appointments, which is difficult when working, and after a year I still haven't even received a surgery date, so probably would have been 1.5 years before a resolution. I had refractive lens exchange (RLE) surgery. The overall experience was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Visits take a long time as there are many procedures to go through, but there were no unnecessary waiting periods. My only suggestion is that the Centre could have done better at setting expectations for changes to my sight after the surgery. That made it difficult to know what was normal recovery or not.
