I have visited the Alexandria location a few times and have generally been satisfied with the services provided. Today, I arrived on time for my appointment to find the studio closed and locked. I had to call to learn that my service provider was not working. It is a challenge to navigate traffic and parking in the area, so I was frustrated that I wasn't informed about the cancellation prior to my arrival. Amazing service. I’ve gone to Velvet for the last two years, and Montie is professional and fast. I’m smooth as a baby when she’s done. She takes her time, is knowledgeable at what she doe, and is very precise during her sessions. There are many private suites available, which feel comforting and personable.
