I really don't have that much to share. My caregiver is excellent!! The only problem I have is that I don't get his hours sent to me until Tuesday, then he gets texts and calls wondering why I haven't signed his sheet for his hours. I'm sick of this!!!!
I have been what's Venture for for 3 plus years, they take very good care of my needs. They work very close with me and my family members to make sure that I receive quality care and services. I love my coordinator, and Mr Cruz understands me and all my needs and legalities. I cannot see myself with any other services. I will continue to stay with Venture Force for all my home care services.
I live at a property for disabled individuals, and many of the aides from this company have absolutely no regard for the residents here. Some of them insist on taking the closest parking spots for themselves, forcing disabled residents to have to park farther away. How ignorant can someone be? A perfectly healthy person taking a parking space away from a disabled individual, especially when the property management has asked them more than once to park in the overflow section of the lot, is beyond reprehensible. My brother became disabled at at young age. Myself and my three sisters were not ready for this and needed the help and guidance of Venture Fourthe. Although it was a rough start to get everyone on the same page at the beginning, Venture Fourthe did help us provide the steps to choose the right "help" for my brother in a safe, positive environment. Once Chris Aurillo was involved, Chris got us where we needed to be and did an outstanding job guiding and explaining. Thank you!
