I use Venture X for a flex office space as I live nearby. Easy location to get in and out, neat set up inside. Kristin is an excellent Community Manager, she rocks!

If you are looking for a place to work and grow your business, this is it! The staff was great and the owners were on site talking to everyone. It was so nice to see the engagement. They had breakfast for everyone with Protein drink options too. I worked in the open area and used a small conference room for a meeting. I loved my day here! They have offices and desks and open space. Don’t miss working here!

Update Sept 2024: Now that I am at the end of my term, I’m grateful my rent was not raised by more than 20%, which appears to be what they will charge future tenants. However, they were not able to re-rent my office with 5 weeks notice, AND I just learned they intend to charge me a $200 flat fee PLUS whatever a contractor will charge them for patching, painting… I find that fee egregious and utterly unnecessary, I only hung 4 frames with minimal holes.
