Rented a meeting room for a few hours in downtown Denver at Venture X. The place is great, spacious and welcoming. Service is excellent: we were lucky to come on a quiet day and were offered to use a bigger room at no extra charge. Location is perfect for dining options. Will surely repeat.
I have been to a few spaces and this is by far my favorite. Everyone is friendly, but also motivated and actually getting work done. Good amount of space for hot seats ("day seats") at a fair price. Two full kitchens, snacks, drinks etc. Every Thursday Emily, who works at the front desk, swings on by with a drink cart! Overall very positive experience and highly recommended.
The place is most recommended for remotely working people. It is spacious and has plenty of amenities such as complementary tea and coffee. Also printer is available in case you need. They provide a desktop, but it's limited. Again, it has a separate meeting room and small phone call rooms where you can talk without any disturbance. It also has a beautiful view of downtown as it's been situated in the downtown area.
Modworks has been a great office space for our growing company. Modworks owner John Borst and manager Emily Perrigo (seen here with the usual Thursday afternoon cocktails/ice cream cart) are incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. They have several conference rooms -- some with spectacular views of the Front Range), as well as quiet places to duck into for phone conversations. Our Firm has been at Venture X for nearly 3 years, and the experience has been great! The office space is professional yet has a casual feel to it along with many conference rooms to choose from. There are many exceptional event spaces available including one with a view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Paul and Kai are great to work with and manage the property well!
