My experience ending my membership was far more difficult than beginning it. When I contacted manager Bindi Rama to discuss an early departure, I felt the response was rigid and offered no meaningful effort to explore a reasonable compromise, even after I had completely vacated the office and made it available for immediate re-rental. I own a small company and came in looking for office space to kick start our expansion. What a great experience! I was greeted with a wonderful smile and amazing hospitality. Make sure you ask for Jasmine! She was thorough, friendly, and very accommodating. She answered all my questions and was the highlight of my day. I loved touring the coworking space. Katie was awesome. She was so inviting and welcoming during my tour. She was very informative about the different types of memberships available and different office spaces that are available.
Jasmine was very accommodating and friendly throughout the experience. She created such a welcoming atmosphere and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. The workspace was clean and inviting, and you can tell she genuinely cares about people!
