We just moved into the Venue Apartments and they are fantastic! The apartment is great as are the amenities both in and around the building. There are also restaurants, stores and many things within walking distance or a short drive. Misty (Property Manager) was welcoming, knowledgeable and very accommodating through the entire process. Thank you to Misty and the Venue!

After a 12 month lease, I have found Venue Apartments very enjoyable. The units are beautiful and special amenities like the golf simulator and pool table allowed for activities without leaving the building. The coffee bar in the morning was definitely utilized as well! My only complaint would be the train horn that could be heard throughout the day, but became used to the noise after a while.

My husband and I lived at the Venue for a year and a half for a job. I would not hesitate to rent here at all. It's a nice mix of people that live in the building from workers, seniors, single people and couples. We had our small dog and was very easy to take out and always felt safe even during the wee hours at times. Our apartment was quiet, and they did a good job building with sound proofing. The Venue is an amazing community and we could not have selected a better place to live. Some highlights: - Location, location, location. This is perfectly situation in downtown Chanhassen. The dinner theater is next door, as is a grocery store (downstairs), along with several restaurants across the street. Clean and beautiful neighborhood. We have lived at the Venue for a year and love the walkability of its location in downtown Chanhassen. We recently transferred to a different apartment and Misty and Bob made the transition seamless. They are both very accommodating and have taken care of any of our requests promptly.

I LOVE everything about my new apartment at Venue: great finishes...black and white granite, dark wood cabinets and floors, a perfect floor plan, tons of storage...it all sparkles. The amenities are fantastic..especially the dogwash and the 6th floor deck that provides spectacular 180 degree views of the Minnesota River valley.
