Nice place to live and raise kids! Convenient work location for myself. I love all the cleaning up of the park that has been going on! The only thing I don't like is that rent keeps going up and I have to pay more than my mother and son that live in the same size trailer and they have a much bigger yard and nicer trailer than I do! Love the people but can't wait to move!

Ilike all the old trees, especially when they are on both sides of the road as you drive through Vermillion Estates. It is quite and there was a lady watching me through her window ,as I was trying to find an address and I seemed a little lost, so that tells me that the neighbors look out for each other. The only thing I didn't like are the potholes.

To be honest. Grass is never mowed That should be mowed. The roads are awful they need to be fixed. The dogs need to be on leashes and they're not at least some of a aren't.. But besides that everything else is good.
