It's definitely nothing to write home about. Nosey neighbors, ridiculous rules. If I had somewhere else for my Mom to live I would move her there immediately. This absolutely would not be my first choice.
They don't take very good care of their property and that's why I tripped over a large tree root , fell and broke my hand!! Very painful experience!!
