Unsure about actual all around care unfortunately, they couldn't complete my first and only appointment bc someone on staff failed to tell the hygienist that I needed gas for teeth cleaning; all that was able to be done was x-rays. Waited more for the new appt with gas, except staff also waited until the day before my appt to tell me that I'd have to change my insurance to be seen there due to the recent ownership change. I went here for a cleaning about a month ago, and the staff and Dr. Scheuerman were all amazing. So caring and with a gentle touch. The technician spent a good bit of time with me, going over my x-rays, and discussing what I was concerned about. I never felt rushed and she never talked down to me for asking what I am sure were basic questions. I went in today for a couple of fillings and I was impressed all over again - the staff and Dr. were all great and the fillings took very little time. I was in and out in 30 minutes! ... read more
This is truly the best dentist I have ever been to. She was very compassionate, and answered all my questions, I felt like I was in extremely great hands, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. Just being heard and the dental TEC that was in with me was truly amazing as well, and would help to calm me down! Thank you so much for all your caring. My son was also in about a month ago and said that he truly loved how he was treated and it wasn’t painful like previous dentist. Once again thank you so much for everything.
Very caring staff. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. No shaming or down talking. Dr. Scheuerman is a amazing. Best dentisit I've ever had. I highly recommend this denal office. They take great care of their patients!
Dr. Scheuerman is an expert Novocain shot giver! Hardly a bother at all! And her staff is always thinking of your comfort. This is a great office to visit, & they are knowledgeable regarding insurance as well.
