I sent a text, and Matt responded quickly and told me Bill Harper would be at our house the very next day. There times during pandemic Bill and his assistant were geared up! Thank you. Both especially Bill, were very patient, on time, actually earlier. Because whenever a company gives us a window of time to let us know when they will be out, I always count on the hour AFTER said time. They were here straight on time! Really appreciate that. That's a real professional. Very nice, knowledgeable and in/out in no time with good task done!! 👌
