My Appointment was just Great. Im sorry i don't remember the nice guys name and I am sorry but everything was explained to me about the part that i needed to purchase that was broken and it only took about 15-30 minutes to fix. Thank you for being such a good A/C company to fix my air in a timely manner when i need one.

Installation technicians Kevin and Carlos did a great job. Arrived on time,their work was excellent. As it had rained that day they cleaned up afterwards and left site spotless. Anthony who came out to measure my house before explained all my options and their prices were very reasonable. Also office staff Alicia, Brenda and Brittany very helpful.Highly recommended Star Quality Air Conditioning.

I have used Star Quality for several years. They have replaced both of my AC units, each time responding to my call for help quickly. Their pricing is fair, and service exceptional. I have the six month maintenance program, and Miguel serviced both units last week. MIguel is extremely knowledgeable, and answered my questions with a smile on his face. The techs arrive on schedule, and the office always calls and notifies they are on the way. I feel confident in Star Quality. Star Quality is Top Quality!

Tech was very personable and able the alert I had was resolved when he was here, but the alert is back again. I don’t want to get a service charge for this because he already worked on this and it failed again
