Nice appearance! Such a great location and looks like it is going to be a beautiful community! Can’t wait for them to open!
Poor Quality and average apartment Average apartment with declining quality. No common area cleaning, poor security (gates broken), mandatory community internet programs are poorly managed. Lots of late-night noise/parties - not suitable for WFH. Service has gone down significantly. Not recommended.
Business response:
Hi Satish, We’re saddened to see your experience here was anything less than excellent and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your thoughts. At your earliest convenience, please contact the office so we may have the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail.
Good property with bad attitude and rude staff Rude and very unwelcoming management staff. They don't care if you are a current tenant or future tenant. To them, it's a grave mistake you walked to their front desk.
Business response:

Don’t move here I moved here back in February but since then they’ve gotten new management and they are very rude and not welcoming. They don’t take care of the property and our security gates have been broken for weeks now. They don’t answer their phone when you try to call the office and when you leave a message they never get back to you. If I would’ve known that this management company was taking over I never would’ve chose this place to call my home. Definitely not worth the money. Don’t bother moving here
