I didn’t give a five, at first, because I’ve only seen this storage place from the road. Plus, I just booked a storage unit today and not moving in until the end of the month. Hopefully everything will be as wonderful as it seemed by my conversation with them today. Smooth transaction, Matt helped answer many of my questions and also answered my concerns. I can’t recommend VIP storage enough! We had a great experience from start to finish using the mobile app. The staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful! Matt, the Site Manager at VIP Storage, promptly returned my messages and phone calls on a timely manner. Customer Support helped me unlock my storage unit when I had issues trying to unlock it with my mobile app. If I ever need a unit again, I will be back first thing.

I used this location for free years. The location is safe, clean and next to major points ie Uhaul, Lowes etc. Also, management is very prompt and will actually fix the issue. The digital access is very convenient and still able to access a person when needed. Matt will.always respond if needed. I i highly recommend and would use them again.

We had our unit for just over a year and a half and had a great experience! Gate and unit access was super easy with the app. We were able to communicate easily via text and email, which made everything very convenient. The facility was clean and spacious, we were able to have PODS dropped and picked up and even got a 26’ U-Haul in and out without issue.

5 star. so clean and wonderful. Would recommend to any bing student needed a place to leave there stuff for the summer
