Great Pros: Helpful and courteous staff, affordable, definitely helps with insurance rates. Cons: Advertisement, need more semi trucks to install this technology to help lower rates and frivolous law suits.
Great product and customer service Pros: The ease of use and ability to see in real time where trucks are at and what they are doing. Cons: Takes a few minutes to update from time to time and use of reports is difficult to set up initially to get the info you need. Overall: Products are well built and should last a long time. Software is extremely useful to see where trucks are and what they are doing. Customer service is excellent!
