The drivers are always great. The people who wash the matts should be fired. I have received wet matts for my restaurant 4x and every time i reach out to the sales rep i do NOT receive a call or answer. Cheaper is not always better. Regret signing contract with them

hands down the worst company i have ever delt with. we signed up to use them in 2022, they showed up once i paid my bill then got a call from the billing department asking why they have a check from me??? i explained that im a customer and that check was for their service. well from that point on for about a year they never came back, but yet i was still getting billed from them. fast forward after probably 10 calls to customer service they finally came back and we gave them a second chance. but that was just the start of th... read more

If I could rate 0 star I would. Definitely the worst company I’ve ever worked with, been waiting for callbacks for over a month and nothing yet, called the customer service multiple times and the only thing they have done was giving me a service request number and telling me that some one will call me by end of day and that’s it. Is there anyone“alive” to solve the issues of your customers?

If I could put a -10 I would. We have used this company for over 25 years and in the past couple years the service has gone down the drain, pricing has gone through the roof and when you try to tell the rep to get the pricing straightened out , they raised the price. Cloths being replaced that don't need to be replaced. Cloths not being returned after being sent out for cleaning. DONE with Aramark
