From first drop i called reported items wrong. Called immediately. .. after 2 more drops it still was not correct but we was being charged for wrong items I already sent back! I canceled service... was told I could not. Had to get the state and attorneys involved! So watch your bill and make sure you do a good count and make sure what you're paying for is what you're actually getting from this company. We filed a complaint with the state. Our Usual driver Terence is amazing. He’s definitely a hard worker always making sure to check if we need anything or adjustments to our uniforms, always brings extra clean rags and remembers to take our dirty’s with him. And most of all he’s always in a great mood, he lights up the room when he walks in.

Breach of contract, illegally raised price, unable to communicate, continue to be billed illegally, lost of class action. That's the whole package. Free to get out of ur bs contract. You have been warned.

Terrence is awesome, does a great job, always kind and helpful to let us know things we need or things that is we need to keep watch on. A very hard worker Great job Aramark keep up the great work 😊💯
