I am having a horrible time trying to get any answers on my service, I have contacted "vestis cares" numerous times and all I ever get is a response of "we have escalated your request to our local branch someone will get a hold of you" and NEVER EVER get a reply back, the accounting department has sent me a couple invoices that I have questioned because we were billed for services that were not performed, and even the accounting department has tagged others in an email and NO ONE has contacted me, they have changed my reps ... read more
Worst uniform company I’ve ever dealt with in 30 years. It took months to get the correct sizes and garments. For 5 years, complaints go unheard. Never full sets of garments. Always missing pants or shirts. When you call, nobody gets back to you. Too bad the driver is the one to catch all the heat when all he does is drive. We have had nothing but excellent service from Colton and he has been outstanding. He has taken the time to learn the employees names and is always expedient during service
Can I give less than one star? First, they are ignoring the fact that an unauthorized signature was used on our contract in 2023. We have been trying to cancel service for nearly 3 months. They keep billing us and they don’t even show up to see if we need service or to pick up the uniforms we need to return. We have opened AT LEAST 3 service tickets and never hear back. We have sent emails, and also called our local rep several times. He won’t return our call.
Driver is parked in a downtown express bus stop during the morning commute during subzero weather, which is disrespectful and inconsiderate.
