If I could leave -10000000 stars, I would. I have never experienced worse service in my life, than I have with this company. I opened a new small business about a year and a half ago. Before we even opened, the Vestis dude showed up at our building (uninvited), let himself in, and put me in a really uncomfortable position to start service with them. If you enjoy surprise fees, lost uniforms, being billed for items the company itself misplaces, and then spending countless time out of your day on phone calls and emails to rectify issues, Vestis is perfect for you! Multiple unauthorized price increases, incorrect invoices, and zero resolution from management. Easily one of the most frustrating service providers we have ever dealt with.

I hadn't even gotten as far as signing papers with them, yet. I currently work with Cintas, and was interested in different pricing because as a small business, I am always looking at trying to save money where I can. I did tell him we were truly happy with Cintas, so it would be a hard sell for me. No deliveries or pick up on regular or consistent basis. Been through 5 or 6 drivers in two and a half years. Current driver is great but is limited to the service he is able to provide. They still send your bill through even if a delivery or a pick up isnt made. They doubled my invoice dollar amount and blamed it on inflation. Manager says he won't lower my bill to the original price unless I sign a new three year contract. (I still have 7 months on current contract). If that isn't coercion. I Don't know what is. Extremely unethical and criminal company. They provide 10% of the service you are supposed to receive and then charge you 100%. There are weeks where they literally don't even show up and then still send me an invoice for $200 and then you can't even get that invoice removed. Stay far away from this shady company. Not sure how this company is still allowed to operate when they're whole business model is just stealing money from people
