I hadn't even gotten as far as signing papers with them, yet. I currently work with Cintas, and was interested in different pricing because as a small business, I am always looking at trying to save money where I can. I did tell him we were truly happy with Cintas, so it would be a hard sell for me. Extremely unethical and criminal company. They provide 10% of the service you are supposed to receive and then charge you 100%. There are weeks where they literally don't even show up and then still send me an invoice for $200 and then you can't even get that invoice removed. Stay far away from this shady company. Not sure how this company is still allowed to operate when they're whole business model is just stealing money from people

I have been using this company for a year now. we had some growing pains at first (to be expected) Gary and Mike have worked with me to get our inventory numbers correct. Our business fluxgates frequently and they have come through to provide me what I need even on short notice. Our driver is also very helpful and does his best to ensure we are taken care of. update: the services continue to improve! our driver Ray made a special trip to ensure we had what we needed.

No deliveries or pick up on regular or consistent basis. Been through 5 or 6 drivers in two and a half years. Current driver is great but is limited to the service he is able to provide. They still send your bill through even if a delivery or a pick up isnt made. They doubled my invoice dollar amount and blamed it on inflation. Manager says he won't lower my bill to the original price unless I sign a new three year contract. (I still have 7 months on current contract). If that isn't coercion. I Don't know what is. The company is unethical. They are essentially criminals. They steal and manipulate customers into "contracts" that are not legitimate. They do not follow through on their end but are quick to try to collect money that is "owed" to them. I'm considering having my lawyer get involved. It is infuriating to see so many businesses being taken advantage of. We were billed incorrectly for over a year with claims that they would adjust the error.
