By far the worst uniform company that I have ever experienced. So they can't get pant sizes right. And they can't even get them consistent. I ordered size 34 waist and I got a hodgepodge of 32 down to 28. And when I asked I was told well you need to order a size larger..... how about get your sizes right!
The other 1-star reviews are very accurate. This is an extremely dirty company with dishonest management and employees. Also, prices are outrageous and they sneak the rates up without any warning. If you cancel services they will continue to come and continue to bill you. They will try to silently lock you into a contract and throw threats your way if you no longer want their services. Our driver is amazing. Our service is top notch. And anytime we have needed anything with billing, questions, concerns they have been on it! 10/10.
DO NOT USE. Aramark, you might try to give me a call back!! I run an Automotive shop here in the treasure valley, the aramark sales team was great, promised they were the best. Delivering on the promise and contract terms DID NOT AND IS NOT HAPPENING. Wrong uniform size and when corrected we were charged $300 plus dollars for their mistake, just finally heard back on the credit after a month. Our company had a horrible experience with AmeriPride for laundry services. First, they locked us into a 2 year contract signed by an unauthorized employee. Threatened to sue if we did not pay them the minimum through the two years. We attempted to use them but the bill just kept getting higher each month, with no concurrent increase in our volume. We were spending 3 to 4 times as much on laundry service that prior to using them. We ended up paying them the minimal monthly amount and not even using them. We saved money... read more
