Our delivery driver was always nice and friendly. However, they were not allowing us out of the fulfilled contract. Their manager was rude and unprofessional in the e-mails. That alone was enough for me to be done. And over the past 3 years, our price went up almost $30/week for shop towels and 2 rugs. That's crazy! You shouldn't pay over $100/week for that service. I would personally check out the competition.
We have been very pleased with our services from Aramark. Troy, our uniform representative has been unbelievably helpful to work with. He always makes sure we are taken care of.
Troy does an EXCELLENT job! He's provides great customer service, and is reliable. He knows us each by name, and is just a great, nice guy.
Troy is always so kind and professional! He always makes sure we are all good on our supplies and will even swing by another day if we need something else!
