Would rate lower if I could. This is the least reliable “service” I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In a shop of 4 employees, no delivery has been complete/accurate. Ever. We are always missing at least one set of pants or shirts. This is annoying in an industry where we get dirty and greasy every day. We would raise the issue to the drivers. But it’s up in the air on whether or not they show up. 0/5 stars. Avoid like the plague.
Awful service, constantly going days or even weeks without our uniforms, yet still get charged. Tagged clothes for repairs are never fixed, random uniforms are added to our invoice without our consent, and area manager never returns my calls.
