Sizes are all over the place. I have 10 pairs of pants and every single pair of pants fit different. Some are very tight and others are extremely loose and too long. They have no quality control in their factories and just send whatever they feel like. Dont waste your money here. Just buy your own uniforms.
hired Vestis , the sales rep Beto and delivery person Mario are very friendly and great communication, but billing sucks , just suddenly they started charging me more without any explanation I called and not answer , they charged me in a week twice . All their email says is your account is updated. They are not explaining why I am getting all those charges , regret going with them I will switch to Cintas .
After almost 10 years of service, Aramark now provides nothing but disservice. Uniforms come back ripped or not at all, after being tagged multiple times. A supervisor came to our location and I personally handed him a ripped shirt, it still came back ripped. After completely removing the ripped sleeve, the shirt came back clean with one sleeve missing. Our logo mats were purchased yet they still continued to charge rental fees. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years in the beginning all was fine except for having to change drivers all the time, but now that time has past I don't think that they care at all about true customer service at all. I have been complaining about our uniforms having holes in the pockets so what do they do? replace 2 of like 10 pairs of pants same thing with the shirts AND they expect you to pay full price every week even when you don't get all your order. The company I work for gets our work uniforms from Aramark. I have had to resize a couple of times, last time I put in for a resize it was two months ago and I still haven't gotten the shirts back. I have two shirts to last me the work week.
