Terrible management and billing. Our driver was great and had to fight with management to keep our bill reasonable. They lose or ruin clothes and charge the customer for it. The bill continually goes up and they don’t care if you have been a customer for years they still try to take advantage of everything that happens to justify a price increase.
Very helpful and always willing to go extra mile
This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever worked with. They are crooks! They increase prices sneakily all the time even after you sign a contract. I have in writing what they where going to increase my price to I didn’t accept it called and canceled the service and on the invoice they put it up EVEN it went from $54.00 a week to $75.00 a week. I have the paper to prove it was supposed to go up to $63.00 how in the world then on my account do they put it to $75.00? AND THEY ARE STILL BILLING ME! I have not had their servic... read more
