Terrible management and billing. Our driver was great and had to fight with management to keep our bill reasonable. They lose or ruin clothes and charge the customer for it. The bill continually goes up and they don’t care if you have been a customer for years they still try to take advantage of everything that happens to justify a price increase.
Very helpful and always willing to go extra mile
DO NOT sign a contract with Vestis unless you enjoy being stuck in an overpriced, never-ending nightmare. Their pricing is completely out of control. Rates seem to go up constantly, with little to no transparency, and before you know it you’re paying ridiculous amounts for something as basic as washing rags. Yes—RAGS. We’re a cleaning company. This is not a complicated service, yet somehow it’s billed like a luxury. And once you’re in? Good luck getting out. We’re locked into a contract until June 2027, and they know it. T... read more
