They are great! We had a rough beginning, but the customer service is great and things are running smooth! Alex is our delivery driver and we love him!
I just love our delivery girl. She is so friendly and helpful. She has taken care of my problems immediately and with a smile on her face even though I am a difficult customer sometimes.
Can’t figure out billing they have charged me weekly then once a month a get a 1400$ bill for one guys uniforms. Then they just try to give you a credit not refund the money! Abe is the manager and is absolutely horrible to deal with when he answers his phone!
Alex has been our Aramark/Vestis representative for as long as I can remember. His service truly sets the bar for how customers should be treated. Not only does he provide the services needed, the conversations we have make me look forward to his visit each week. Great quality products and people keep for a prospering customer-company relationship.
