Absolutely terrible experience. When we first signed up, Brandon Munsey told us the contract was for 12 months, but later found out they locked us into a 5-year agreement without being upfront about it. On top of that, they’ve continued charging us for towels we haven’t even received. Jon the district manager told me I would be charged for towels once a week regardless of whether I received them or not We’ve tried contacting them multiple times to resolve the issue, but all we get are excuses and no solutions. Vestis has been great for our shop! We have used them for 15+ years since they were Aaramark. They consistently bring us the supplies we need always coming on our scheduled day for a resupply of our rags, uniforms, rugs. Very polite and very courteous to our needs! Donovan has been servicing our shop for about 6 months and has been a real pleasure to work with!
Worst company to deal with, was told by their agent I could sign up with no contract and cancel anytime, well turns out you can’t and when you decide you not need them any longer, because their whole department sucks route guys weren’t pick up uniforms, accounting took 6 month to reach me and let me know that my card was expired, so I returned my uniform to be done with them and now I get calls from this so called Roger treating me that I will pay no matter what to the company the sum of $7500.
