Vestis is so bad on deliveries, been so disappointed, not deliveries for 2 months and they still charge me for it, been trying to contact district manager, called customer service put me in gold for 20 min. And is not way I can cancel my services, next time they ask you for auto pay, think twice about to agree
BEWARE OF VESTIS (FORMERLY ARAMARK). They have unreliable drivers and often times we don’t get our linens dropped off. They have come with metal shards in them, a hazard considering we are a pet grooming salon. I purchased this business and the previous owner signed the contract. Working with the company is more of a headache that it is worth. Matthew Banuelos and Carlos Garza make this company even more intolerable to deal with. Do yourself a favor and don’t go near this company.
Beware of Aramark's linen service!! Let me tell you my story: About 4 years ago this very young man possible just out of High School stopped by my Business (Restaurant). He offered me a linen service. At the time I had recently dropped my previous company due to budget issues. When this young man showed up I immediately told him I had a very small budget to go with.
