Charged me 54.02 for one t shirt and I never wore or took the uniform home, and I have to pay for there mistakes, these are the kind of companies that should never be forced on any employees, it OK for companies to steal,and overcharge for some sweet sheet that don't fit right and limits movement. Thanks!!!!!!!

Terrible company to deal with. I cancelled service numerous times with confirmation that I cancelled but the company kept billing me weekly. PLEASE if you own a business, choose Cintas every time.

Alex and Steven are the reps we deal with. They are both very good at answering questions and helping us resolve any thing that might come up. Since Steven has been our main route person, he always makes sure that our needs are meet and usually will stop by my office or look me up to make sure things are continually going in the direction that we need. Aramark does a great job. Our delivery driver Clint always does his best to make sure we are happy. When there are issues, he works very hard to get them corrected in a timely manner.

Not impressed with uniform service at all. Some fellow employees haven’t gotten uniforms after 4-8 months while some new employees have them already. We don’t have enough to keep us stocked up so run out before cleaned ones arrive. Our uniforms are also not in correct lockers so we get other peoples uniforms we run out since (in big company we don’t know everyone and put in wash to get to the right person ).
