Not a good place to work!!! The management (M. Felts) is awful with NO compassion for workers, and you can't confide in them because everything you say will be shared amongst the plant, they can't keep employees, you'll be overworked and underpaid. I don't understand how he became a manager at all he plays with your vacation days but he's going to make sure that he get his, I read the reviews before I started which were bad and still took the job for a year and four months.
