Our Salesman/Route Driver Alex is great! He takes exceptional care of us and is always on time, courteous, and professional. Without such a great salesman, this review would be lower. The billing and being able to contact a live person is what keeps this from being rated higher. When Alex is on vacation, you never know what product or service you will get or when. That aspect needs some overhauling and help.
Debra Berry is fabulous. We love her at Refreshment Services Pepsi. She has such a sweet smile, she is always friendly and she certainly takes care of us. She is quick and efficient and we couldn’t ask for more. As a Human Resource Manager I can say that she is truly an asset for her company.
We’ve been working with Aramark for many years, and they’ve always provided a great customer experience. The customer service Brent provides is top notch. He makes sure all our needs are met and goes the extra mile to make sure we’re taken care of. We value the partnership we have with Brent and Aramark and look forward to many more years!
Our route driver Alex is awesome. He is always in a great mood. He is also super helpful anytime we have any sort of special request or issue. It is employees like Alex that help companies like Vestis keep our business.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with my delivery man/route driver, Justin! He is always so kind, polite, and respectful to myself, my staff, and my clients! I use Vestis for two different business in town, and he always takes the best care of us at both places! One of my FAVORITE products is my custom logo rug! I didn’t even realize they carried those types of items until Justin told me about it!
