We signed up with Aaramark, which is now Vestis. Initial sizing of our employees didn’t go how the salesman said it would. He told me he would come by and measure our techs to get the perfect fit. They ended up just dropping off shirts and pants in different sizes and told me to have my techs try them on and find one that fits and let them know what size for each tech. That didn’t go smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the laundering service! My clothes came back looking spotless, fresh, and presentable for my business. The attention to detail and quick turnaround time really stood out. Currently trying to scam me out of $2000 for 6 logo mats that I can buy for $52 each. For the last 6-7 years they have steadily increased their prices and kept me locked in a contract even though they do not fulfill on their promised services. For context I pay for weekly service, but in their internal service procedures they call for certain things to be completed monthly. The drivers at this company are pretty nice and efficient. HOWEVER the company sales people which include the drivers push you into more products that you don't really need and that automatically is added to your 3 year contract, which I was told was a yearly contract. I can't cancel anything I order without paying a penalty and their prices have raised 30% in a year. I can't wait for our contract to end so I can find a better company.

The company was great when I first signed up in the middle of the pandemic. 6 months later they raised my rates by 40% without any notice and now I'm stuck in a contract with them. The drivers are great but as usual a corporation is only looking out for their share holders not their small business customers. I would avoid them for the simple fact that they raise rates without any notice.
