We signed a fixed-price contract with Vestis in January 2025. By August, they began billing us at inflated rates with no explanation and refused to correct the invoices. When we pushed back, they unilaterally ended service and retrieved their product, despite our contract still being active. If you are in retail business check your invoices regularly. They overcharge time to time. And if you raise a concern with them, they won’t get back to you.
This company is a joke, they have some of the laziest workers and when they have a delivery wrong they could care less about fixing it. Our uniforms was never cleaned well and that’s even if we got any back. But the worst thing about this company is they have the worst customer service. They have no problem charging you more and won’t tell you. So if you wanna do auto draft I recommend keeping an eye on your statements. I can not say enough good things about Vestis! I work at Texas Roadhouse and we use them for laundry and linen, restroom services and first aid! We could not be more pleased with Vestis. Also an absolute HUGE shot out to our delivery driver, Charles! He is the best in the bizz!! Anytime we need something, he is just a text or call away to always make sure we are taken care of and have what we need! We ❤️ Charles and Vestis!
