The route guy in our area, Antonio, is fantastic. Everyone else we’ve dealt with at this company has been horrible. They never answer the phone or return calls. We cannot get help when needed. The agreement we signed is miss leading. We have tried canceling our account and agreed to pay all fees associated with it, but still cannot get that squared away. Territory manager and General manager both have been no help. I would suggest just not getting invoiced with Vestis to begin with.
Terrible lining service, they don't manage what they bring in if you tell them it's too much product being brought in they decrease it and then you run out. They don't bring you a statement, they don't manage the inventory correctly and they try to overcharge you. Management?, what management. They are just trying to get paid. I recommend you go with Cintas
We signed a fixed-price contract with Vestis in January 2025. By August, they began billing us at inflated rates with no explanation and refused to correct the invoices. When we pushed back, they unilaterally ended service and retrieved their product, despite our contract still being active. If you are in retail business check your invoices regularly. They overcharge time to time. And if you raise a concern with them, they won’t get back to you.
This company is a joke, they have some of the laziest workers and when they have a delivery wrong they could care less about fixing it. Our uniforms was never cleaned well and that’s even if we got any back. But the worst thing about this company is they have the worst customer service. They have no problem charging you more and won’t tell you. So if you wanna do auto draft I recommend keeping an eye on your statements.
