After numerous issues with Vestis I have no choice but to write this review. We signed our contract in January of 2024. We did not receive any of the uniforms until April of 2024 which is way longer than we were told. We have had many problems with lost uniforms by Vestis, delivered to the wrong shop etc. After 2 years they have not replaced the shirts which look like worn out rags. ***STAY AWAY*** SCAM & FRAUD. We have numerous calls and emails canceling and have sent us bills and use the excuse of a contract despite we have not had a contract since 2020 and have cancelled April 2025 and they make up charges of $7,000 for uniforms for 10 employees and have even RETURNED the uniforms!!
Should be 0 stars . Worst customer service . Bait and switch tactics search them on yelp and you can see that there’s are hundreds of unsatisfied customers. 🗑 company and policies
