Worst uniform company I've ever been serviced by. Three weeks without uniforms. They don't ever have a set date to show up. We call every day about uniforms and managers never call us back.
Was a customer of Aramark for over 10 years for weekly uniforms & other items. During the last couple of years ere only getting half of the uniforms that were ordered & was always invoiced for the full amount which we always paid After several complaints to the Local & District Managers about our employees not getting their uniforms & towels we decided to cancel as we were no longer under contract. For the last 3 years I have been paying Aramark (under contract)every week for uniform services. I had turned in uniforms for repair which very seldom returned fixed. Until the first of this year when they raised their weekly rates from around $13.00 a week to $65.00 a week. They claimed it was for replacement of my uniforms that I never received. I’ve used this company at 3 different restaurants. I’ve cancelled my service at 2, about to do it for the 3rd. All around just insanely terrible service. Everything from missing product, over billing, refusal to repair broken equipment. Had a driver call me and insist I was lying about him not leaving towels, if any of my staff did that to a customer who complained I would fire them on the spot. The WORST company I’ve ever ordered from. They honestly don’t even deserve one star. I returned pants to them 3 weeks ago and STILL have not received my refund for the pants. I called, and they claim to be a MONTH behind on returns. Order from ANYONE but this company.
