The process so far has been good. The transition to Trajector has not, as far as communicating. The e-mail to VCP came back a few times as undeliverable. I also called a few times and got bounced around and cut off. I was worried that my contact was no longer there. I just tried him direct again and he talked to me. he indicated that Trajector change just happened and they are working on e-mail change. He would notify me when email is active. Frustrating as we should have been notified sooner.

Great service and helpful staff. Patience is key! They helped me get the rating and increases I was unable to get doing the VA appeals process on my own. You have nothing to loose but a potential lifetime of benefits to gain. Note: Be cautious of the fees charged if/when your rating is awarded/increased or they refer you to an outside partnering law firm. Your fees/costs will double. Heavy price to pay for a lifetime of benefits you earned.
