They look after my puppy very well. Vaccination, desexing worming, and checkups. Surgery was a breeze, and her recovery is going great. Nurses and Drs and all staff are friendly.
Over any other vet in Bundaberg, I would recommend Vet Cross 100%. We’ve been to others in the past and have received good care, but the attentiveness and patience Dr April showed our girl will have us coming back for life. We’ve never had a vet that took the time to build trust with our pet, explain everything so thoroughly and make us feel so confident moving forward. And pricing is insanely better compared to what’s out there. I can’t recommend Dr April and the team at Vet Cross enough!
Wonderful experience with Vet Cross Bundaberg after my little pug had surgery yesterday to remove a bladder stone. Very friendly and caring team. Dr Tim gave me updates via phone calls and was transparent the entire time regarding the cost of surgery. She came home happy today. Thank you for looking after my girl
