Wonderful experience with Vet Cross Bundaberg after my little pug had surgery yesterday to remove a bladder stone. Very friendly and caring team. Dr Tim gave me updates via phone calls and was transparent the entire time regarding the cost of surgery. She came home happy today. Thank you for looking after my girl
Our dear old Smithfield required a opp recently, Dr Tim remembers us from years ago after looking after our dogs when we lived in Bundy. I can’t recommend Vet Cross highly enough. We have used the mobile vet services for our alpacas, and the superstore. If you love your pets as much as we do, give them the 5 star treatment without having to sell your kidney!
Recently got a new Dachshund puppy and was recommended by the breeder to take him to Vet Cross for his vaccinations & microchip. From the first appointment we knew Dr Sarah would be our vet, she was very helpful and answered any of our questions. Now any time I book I specifically request her. Very happy we found our vet. We also went to puppy school here, Sheridan has a wealth of knowledge with training. Thank you to all of the staff at Vet Cross for taking such excellent care of my puppy.
Took my mini dachshund to vet cross Bundaberg for his second vaccination. I booked online. Was an easy process. Didn’t have to wait long to see the vet at our appointment. The vet I saw was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use vet cross.
I could not complain about their attitude. I can't believe they are only 250 metres from my apartment, and in the same street. I had a serious situation with Kat (that's his actual name). He had a blockage to his bladder and could not pee. Took Kat to another clinic in town. Was told he would need an operation and it would be expensive. Kat received an antibiotic injection and special urinary formulated food. I arranged finance for this operation.
