I have 2 French bulldogs they are full of allergies and ear issues along with breathing (boas) vet cross would always recommend the best care for my pups and help them out. They recently has a renovation and my pups were mush more comfortable at their clinic. A pug my father had, had to go to sleep and the vets were kind and understanding and beyond empathetic. Wilbur an English bulldog has eye issues from a terrible breeder and vets helped us find the best care for him, the receptionist always made us feel welcome.
We wish to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. April and the entire team for their exceptional care and professionalism. Our dog's life was literally saved multiple times following a severe snake bite. The immediate, high-level medical intervention, including the prompt provision of after-hours services, was absolutely critical. I'm giving this review based on my experience with speaking to the on-call vet who took my call last night. I was met with respectful, polite and compassionate treatment and my concerns were taken seriously. I was listened to and understood. I had called my usual vet beforehand and was not treated as nicely as when I called Vet Cross. Because of this, I will now be changing to Vet Cross for the future care of my cats. And I will be making sure my current vet knows about it.

On Saturday. Our puppy started failing unexpectedly. Sugarland Afterhours did not want to respond, show or attempt to try to help us. She sighed and said it's a waste of their time, just go home. I rang vet cross Afterhours. And April answered. She hurried over as fast as she could. Our puppies heart stopped. I was panicked and couldn't maintain control.
