On Monday 11th of March I said goodbye to my beautiful loyal little dog Abbey. She was 11 and I knew she wasn't well. I would like to thank Vetcross Gin Gin for their compassion, sensitivity and understanding of how this was a very sad occasion. They treated my little girl with the utmost respect, took their time and allowed me to grieve as she fell asleep in my arms. Thank you to Andrew and a thankyou to the lady on reception.
Brought my dog in for an emergency appointment and the team was amazing. They kept us updated on what was happening. Staff were amazing!
Would like to thank both GinGin and Bundy Vet Cross for helping us with a possible snake bite on 8 month old husky. Yes it was and they saved our baby. Thankyou.
Dog very much cared for, staff very helpful & friendly. Only downside with any vet clinic is cost.
