We were in Tauranga for a few days and unfortunately needed a vet. What a fantastic welcoming friendly team. Extremely knowledgeable caring vet who really knew her stuff A+ l just wish they were in Auckland
A small clinic with friendly professional staff. They really went the extra mile to ensure my nervous senior dog got thru his dental appointment & was allowed home as soon as he was awake so his stress levels weren't too bad. I appreciated their communication & care shown to us both.
Wonderful Vets - Reception staff are lovely, the vets take time to explain and even gave us options for medications at one visit which is so unusual but very appreciated! They’ve taken great care of our pets and are just lovely to deal with - highly recommend.
I made an appointment for my dog and arrived on time. They made me wait for an hour, when other visitors who arrived after me were taken and served. Receptionists didn't provide any explanations and the doctor said "YOU CAN CHANGE THE PRACTICE IF NOT HAPPY, THIS IS YOUR RIGHT." How good is that? I do not recommend this place.
Lovely staff. My animals are always well looked after. They have a text system that sends periodic reminders when the pets are due for their checkups. Highly recommend!
