Mr. Alex Hernandez is a true professional; He represents Veteran Air EXTREMELY WELL! Alex conducted a very thorough Heating/Air System Checkup/Maintenance. He presented a few preventative repair/replacement options for me with up front pricing. All of his recommendations were backed up with closeup photos; he even showed follow-up photos showing the new parts installed. Veteran Air Heating & Air Conditioning is my go to company!

I'm not giving Veteran Air five stars because they were lacking in communications with the customer. I had a service call scheduled on Friday Jul 21 between 2 and 4 pm as part of my maintenance contract. At 5 PM, I still hadn't seen or heard from anybody. I called the office to double-check that I had the correct date and time . I was indeed correct. The polite person on the phone said I was the next client on the list. Needed repair on our A/C System. Jordan was excellent. Found the problem immediately and made the repair. I’ve had experience with other companies and Veteran is far and away the best!

I highly recommend Veteran Air! I recently moved to Florida and had a problem with the air conditioner shutting down on a Friday evening. I called Veteran Air and, despite not yet being a regular customer of theirs, I was told a technician could come out the next morning. The technician arrived as scheduled the next morning and took care of the problem.
