Javier, my tech, came to my home as a follow-up to a maintenance appointment I had recently. The air conditioner was actually not running at all. He found the problem, fixed it, and created a solution that was definitely beyond the Call of Duty. And they didn't charge me. I applaud his professionalism, attention to detail, and extraordinary customer service.
