The tow truck driver was awsome he was there for me when a man was talking to me so horrible the tow truck driver made me feel safe thank you for sending him and thank you for taking my Dad's truck

Driver showed up exactly when they said he was. He was polite and respectful. The whole process took less than an hour.

Very happy with the promptness after I made the first call. The fellow who picked up car was here when he said he would be even though he had driven several hundred miles to get here out in a very rural area. He was very polite and quickly loaded the car and secured it which looked fairly difficult and was gone in about a half hourI was glad he brought a trailer pulled by a SUV as I was expecting a tow truck.
