I coordinate Fire Protection for a large retail chain Nationally and VFP provides a large portion of my Fire Protection needs in this area. They provide professional service and complete on time services and inspections on a regular basis, often exceeding expectations. There really aren't enough words to express the gratitude that stems from having a fantastic working relationship and the relief of having a vendor that is timely, considerate and fairly priced. I have a tiny antique sprinkler system in my home. I didn’t know if it worked. The office staff when I called was professional and got me a quote and then an appointment quickly. My technician Raymond was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to completely answer my questions about what my system can and can’t do and exactly what it would take to upgrade should I decide to. I recommend this company. I’ll certainly call them in the future.
