Today was a scary day when my baby, Blue, woke up with a severely swollen eye. I called this emergency vet at 8:45 AM, and to my immense relief, I spoke directly with the doctor. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, telling me they opened at 10 AM and would be able to see Blue right away. Very friendly and professional the Dr offered to put my cat to sleep for free! I tried my best to save my baby but since I didn’t have the funds I couldn’t save her! Is the warmth they show you and empathy I would definitely come here for my other fur babies! RIP
There are many things that impressed me about the VetExpress clinic and its staff, but I will just list a few of the things that meant the most to me, personally. 1. Dr Abdellah answered my phone call during his off hours for the clinic. (Who does this in today’s world?) 2. We came to Vet Express on heavy news but they were so kind and understanding when we brought our precious Chunky for cremation. They even offer paw print to remember your dog
I had a great experience with all of the staff here. My dog woke up in the middle of the night extremely sick, I brought him to a nearby ER vet that quoted his necessary life saving procedure to be very high and unaffordable. We chose to transfer over an hour away to VetExpress. We arrived immediately after they opened that morning and they were ready for us, they took Axle in immediately and got him settled and ready for surgery.
