The team at Vetfriends Chatswood are amazing. Vanessa is very professional and also caring. She has a lovely way of supporting pet owners when in distress. Our dog Sissy had a tick and we nearly lost her. Vanessa believed that she could pull through and she did. It was a very upsetting time and we felt so supported by Vanessa. Vanessa has an incredible way of working with animals and people! She has inspired my two daughters to work in the animal care industry. My youngest, Gemma, wants to be a Vet 'just like Vanessa'.
