We had to say goodbye to our 19yr old cat this evening and we could not have had better care and support from Dr Tasho Mmakunike and the nurses. Thank you to you all. Could not recommend your hospital more!!!

Most staff are really lovely and knowledgeable and I can’t and I wouldn’t dare fault them on that. The reason for my low rating is their pricing which is made up as they go along, The best for pet program that they run to help with payments is an absolute rip off and you actually see no discount, I have since switched over to healthy pets plus through Greencross Vets and I’m actually seeing the benefits now. Horrible service, guy at the reception was unprofessional hang up on me on the phone few times, then when I came to the clinic was rude and didn't want to provide his name, freighted me with police and refused to provide any service. One of the nurses was offending me emotionally by saying that it's cruel not to put down animal, my pet is fine , I am glad I didn't listen to them and didn't put my pet to sleep. I do not recommend this clinic. Last Thursday my dog was involved in a dog fight and she needed medical attention due to a number of deep gashes on her face which she was bleeding heavily from. After ringing the clinic and being told to bring her in at 5.20pm (time of my call was 5pm) I rand my son to take her in as I had been bitten trying to stop the fight and needed to go to hospital myself . My dog had a absess on his face. Sent him home with antibiotics. Went back as burst and unhealing open wound. Vet told me no reason won't heal bathe daily and remove the scab. 7 days of trauma later had to go to another vet. Spotted grass seed hole straight away. Cause misdiagnosed and incorrect treatment had tunnelled deep into his face requiring extensive surgery. He is still healing but is sad, sore and now hates the car and the vet. DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS VET
