Extremely helpful, thorough, friendly staff & vet. Would have no hesitation in recommending. After my dog suffered an injury & not being able to get into our usual vet for another 24hrs , they were able to see our dog & provide her will medication & pain relief within a couple of hrs. Very grateful.
Horrible horrible experience with 2 x vet trying to amputate my cats leg over a “suspected break” 2 minutes with a vet nurse at SASH found that she did not have a break at all and it was an infection… 2 incompetent vets missed this, and pushed non stop for amputation even coming out to my car pushing me to make a decision while seeking a 2nd opinion. Very welcoming and caring environment My appointment was ahead of time so very happy that we didn't have to wait long All staff were very efficient, calming and helpful My cat had a very calming visit and wasn't stressed at all
Anton was so good with bonnie and Billy. And the liver treats went down a treat. Very professional. Scraped both doggies teeth and they barely blinked...receptionists were friendly and courteous. Will certainly use again.
