If I could give no stars I would. I booked an appointment for my six month old kitten who has had some digestive issues recently and was disgusted by the unprofessional and rude service. Because my usual vet wasn’t available, I was served by Anto Simic, a vet I have never seen before, who also was training someone with him at the time. Fantastic Vets. Always clear with what path to take. I always go to Vets4Pets salisbury Park. The only negative is the cost. $300 for a consult and a blood test. They do have afterpay which is always a benefit. Will continue to use them as my vets. They have a little table called the "cat station". It has rags with Feliway to help keep cats calm. Works a treat

Reception staff acknowledge and engaging from the outset. Dr Anton Simic explains pet condition and is extremely caring throughout the consult. Comforting to have someone with his passion looking after our pets. A totally professional experience from start to finish.

Disappointing experience with dental surgery for our dog. Despite being informed of dissolvable stitches, months later, we had to return as they hadn't dissolved, causing discomfort, and had to be yanked out one by one as she yelped in my arms. Another visit for our other dog's lip irritation left her stressed due to rough handling during examination. Improvement needed in patient care and follow-up procedures.

The vet i saw for my first visit with my sick cat seemed very accomplished. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and even though i thought much more in depth tests would be required he only did what was needed and explained why. my cat is now happy and healthy again :)
