RecommendedThank you so much for your great care for Fang! The last few months he has been very anxious and wiggly when getting his nail clips, after a couple of his nails were cut too short. Today we saw the lovely Rachel who worked with him patiently to ensure his appointment was a positive experience. She has given us some homework to do at home to improve Fang's nail clips and we can't wait for six months time when it will be as boring as a wash! Thank you for going above and beyond for our little boy, we appreciate it so much!
They told me that my dog could get the script for the rest of his life without me needing to see a vet. They then tell us that it is every 6 months that he needs to see a vet. I am not happy that they have told me one thing and are now trying to do another. my dog is in pain we cant afford their vet fee till january so our poor dog will be in pain
